We accept payments via PayPal please visit our PayPal payments page for more information.
You can apply for registration either by downloading the needed form under the download forms link above.
Fill them out and mail them with all necessary information (pictures, etc) and payment.
Or you can fill out and submit the application online by choosing the needed form under Online Registration Forms above.
Payment will be collected during the application submission process.
